What is counted?
The concordance searches the default Greek text of each included reading passage. Alternate translations, additional source dossiers and the separate Diels 1922 selection are not counted again. A passage may include the ancient writer’s surrounding words as well as the quotation.
Headwords and grammar are candidate analyses from the dictionary data, not decisions about a word’s meaning in context. Unmatched or damaged forms may be absent from headword results. Word and phrase searches do not depend on grammatical recognition.
Phrase matches ignore accents and letter case, but do not cross sentence breaks or marked omissions. In the recurring-phrase list, a thinker filter finds phrases that also occur in that thinker; the counts still cover the whole selection. Repeated wording can reflect the same ancient source appearing in different fragments; it does not by itself establish influence or a shared doctrine. Counts describe this reading selection, not the complete surviving corpus.
